Prices

All prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be displayed during the checkout process.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Orders

An order is confirmed once you have completed the checkout process and received an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

Payment

In the event of non-payment or payment refusal, the order will not be processed.

Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer during the order process. Estimated delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on the destination.

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form. The buyer must ensure that this address is accurate. Any parcel returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, You have the right to withdraw from Your purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, You must notify us in writing within 14 days of the receipt of the order. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise stated.

This right is excluded for products not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, customized or personalized jewelry items may not be eligible for return.

Warranty and Liability

Our products are covered by the legal warranties applicable under consumer law. We shall not be liable for damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

The Seller’s liability shall not be engaged if the non-performance or delay in the performance of any of its obligations described in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale results from a case of force majeure.

For this purpose, force majeure is defined as any external, unforeseeable, and irresistible event within the meaning of Article 1148 of the French Civil Code.

The Seller’s liability shall also not be engaged in the event of disruption or total or partial strike affecting postal services.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Symptoms and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
